I am a local tradesman offering painting and decorating services across the Kent - Folkestone, Hythe, Canterbury, Dover and Ashford. I have many years experience in my trade and have worked on some exclusive and well known properties/projects. I offer a high quality finish and a service which is cost effective, friendly and reliable. I am more than happy to provide free of charge quotations. SERVICES
INTERNAL PAINTWORK
It's all about preparation. Sanding down, knot treatment where necessary, priming, undercoating and your final top coat of chosen paint. Hard wearing shiny finishes through to matt flat finishes, anything is possible.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
I undertake most aspects of general maintenance, the sorts of jobs that are annoying and add up over time. Some examples include grout replacement, removal of old silicone and picture hanging. I can also replace broken door locks.
EXTERNAL PAINTWORK
All aspects of exterior paintwork from walls to woodwork including doors, facias and windows. The finishes to exterior work when done professionally will last 5 years.
CARPENTRY
Problems with doors not closing properly and windows catching can easily be rectified. I can also create bespoke shelving and cupboards to save space or fit a particular area in your home or building.
DAMP TREATMENT
From damage to ceilings from leaks to damp bathrooms and water damage around window frames. These problems are easily rectified and managed using the right materials and with previous experience of these matters.
LOFT BOARDING
Too many people do not use their loft space for extra storage when space is at a premium. Boarding a loft is easy, cost effective and will free up some space in your home. The average loft takes three to four days to complete.
